Our 1 & ONLY Vacation Planner
She's OUR vacation planner for Disney and ALL vacations' since our 1st trip 2 years ago. She's planned both of our trips. She is very knowledgeable & trustworthy. We communicated via email easily. She found us the best deals, to help save money. She was helpful from beginning to end. You can reach her by phone for ANY emergency while vacationing. We found her to be simply outstanding!! We would not go anywhere else for a concierge. Carrie si the best! We had no problems; not even w/flights. We like her a lot from the beginning , and continuing on, now she's like a friend. She enjoys what she does-it's NOT just a job for Carrie. Our overall rating for Carrie is 11!

Carrie and I began corresponding March 2021 when my sister in law invited me on her birthday trip to Punta Cana. I was a little nervous about the process considering this was my first international trip. However, Carrie laid everything out in simple terms and steps making the process stress free and easy for me. I loved the facts that no question was too small, and I receive a response in a timely manner. Very professional and easy to work with, I will be recommending Carrie as a travel agent to any of my family and friends that are considering taking a trip and I definitely will be using her services again in the near future.

We recently spent an incredible week in London which would not have happened without the help and support of Carrie- our amazing travel agent! From the very initial states of planning the trip, Carrie took the time to make sure she understood what we wanted and needed, and was always available to answer questions and offer advice. It can be daunting planning a trip like this on your own, which is why I would always recommend using a travel agent. Carrie goes above and beyond - she emailed us directions on how to get places using the tube, organized a surprise for my two daughters at the Harry Potter Studio Tour and took care of an issue for us while we were in London. The entire trip was a success thanks to Carrie. I cannot recommend Carrie enough - she makes traveling fun and exciting and more importantly - stress -free!
